The Bride Side of Life provides their services to you subject to the following terms and conditions. If you choose to visit our website and purchase our product(s) at www.TheBrideSideofLife.com, you accept the terms & conditions stated below. Please read them carefully.
“Buyer” or “You”: Means the person that has decided to purchase any of the products from www.TheBrideSideofLife.com
“Supplier”, “Seller”, “We” or “Us”: Means The Bride Side of Life
“Goods” or “Products”: Means the Goods sold on the official website of The Bride Side of Life
“Order”: Means the Order placed on our website in order to purchase any of the products offered by Supplier.
“Price”: Means the Price listed on our website for each of our products, applicable at the date of the Order or as otherwise agreed in writing between the Supplier and the Buyer.
SECTION 1: PRICES
1.1 We reserve the right to change the prices on our website of our products at any time. Should the buyer have already paid for his / her products and has a valid invoice / receipt, the prices cannot be changed.
1.2 We will conduct regular reviews of our prices in order to keep our services and products up to date and in order to reflect any industry changes (increases / decreases in price).
1.3 The price for each product is excluding shipping. The shipping cost will be added at the time of check out and will be calculated at a Flat Rate of AED 30 per shipment (up to 5 kg).
SECTION 2: PAYMENT
As general methods of payment, we are happy to accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and COD (cash on delivery). Please select your preferred method of payment upon check out. However, all custom orders (clothing, guest books and all guest favors) placed by the Buyer on our website will have to be paid by credit card upon check out. Full payment must be taken at the time of the order, in advance of dispatch of the Products.
SECTION 3: REFUND POLICY
3.1 Our No. 1 goal is to have happy customers shopping in our online store. We will gladly exchange or credit your credit card account for any products which you are not completely satisfied with. The item must be returned to The Bride Side of Life within 10 days of the delivery date in unworn and perfect condition.
3.2 The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: all custom embroidered items, underwear, swimwear, guest favors and boxer shorts.
3.3 Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. Shipping of exchanged / returned goods is the responsibility of the buyer. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay the additional courier charges of AED 30 for the return shipment of a product.
SECTION 4: AVAILABILITY & DELIVERY OF GOODS
4.1 All orders are processed according to the date they are received by the Supplier. We aim to process all orders within 2 working days.
4.2 While we aim to hold all items in stock, sometimes due to seasonal or unforeseen demand stocks may be depleted. We will try our best to process your order as soon as possible.
4.3 The estimated delivery times for each products are mentioned at the end of the item description. If we do have the item in stock, the delivery takes between 3 – 5 business days. However, since not all items are in stock the Seller aims to dispatch all orders within 10 working days, however during high seasons this may take longer. We aim to provide you with your products at the earliest time possible. Please allow additional time for customized items. If you would like to know the specific delivery time for a particular item, please feel free to call or email us and we will be happy to give you an estimate.
4.4 It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide us with the accurate delivery address. Should there be any delays due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, we cannot be held liable for a delay in the delivery.
4.5 Any Shipping fees will be shown and charged online at the time of the order.
4.6 Should you wish to place an order that is to be delivered outside the UAE, please contact us via email info@TheBrideSideofLife.com in order to get a quote on the shipping fees
4.7 The delivery date is approximate only and the Supplier shall not be held liable for any delay in the delivery howsoever caused. The Supplier reserves the right to deliver the Goods in advance of the delivery date.
SECTION 5: CHANGES IN YOUR ORDER
Should you wish to make any changes to your order, you need to do so in writing and within 24 hours of placing your original order. Revisions that we receive after 24 hours will be processed as a new order and will be sent separately.
SECTION 6: DAMAGES TO THE PRODUCTS
6.1 Should any of your products be damaged during the delivery time, please notify us with 24 hours of receiving your products, so we can exchange the damaged item. We aim to package all our products very well in order to reduce the risk of damage during transport. All returned products need to be in their original packaging.
6.2 If the customer does not notify the seller within the timeframe provided in 6.1. no exchange will be accepted. The customer shall than be bound to pay the full amount of the products ordered.
SECTION 7: FORCE MAJEURE
The Bride Side of Life has to reserve the right to cancel or suspend an order / delivery, without being liable for any loss or damage, in case of Force Majeure. Force Majeure can be any outside influence that is beyond our control, for example, but not limited to: war, civil strife, riots, adverse weather, fire, flood, labour disputes, accidents or any other events beyond our control.
SECTION 8: YOUR ACCOUNT
When placing an order with The Bride Side of Life, you will be required to create a username and password, which will make your shopping experience more convenient and safe. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep his / her username and password in a safe and secure place. The Bride Side of Life guarantees that we will not share your information with any third party.

We have put in a lot of effort into creating the Bride Side of Life Website and its content, especially to ensure that all prices and product descriptions are accurate and up to date. Should there be any mistakes / errors on our website, in its content, the product descriptions, colors, or prices that we are unaware of, we need to reserve the right to refuse any orders which are affected by these errors. We will try our best to correct any mistakes as soon as possible and keep our website up to date at all times.
We have made every effort to display all products and its colors in an accurate way. However, since colors might change according to the monitor you are using to view our website, we cannot be held liable for slight variations in color that you might experience upon receiving the goods.
