The Bride Side of Life is Dubai’s very first online wedding boutique for the bride to be. We are specialised in Bride to Be Fashion, guest favours / place cards, Wedding Decoration, Accessories and Honeymoon apparel. We aim to deliver high quality products from around the world to your doorstep. Shopping in the convenience of your own home.
HOW CAN I CUSTOMISE MY PRODUCTS?
In our collection, we are offering some products, which can be customised i.e. with your new Mrs. Name. This is a great and absolutely unique little extra for your engagement time, wedding and years to come. If a product can be customised, you can simple type in your customised name / phrase in the space provided. Please make sure that you write it exactly how you want it.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY PRODUCTS?
You can choose between two payment methods at the Bride Side of Life.com. Firstly, you may pay using your credit card (Visa, Mastercard). We are using 2checkout.com to provide a 100% secure connection for online payments. All customised items need to be paid in advance (upon checkout) using credit card.
The second option you have is to pay Cash on Delivery. All our products are delivered to your doorstep using a courier service. If you do not have any customised items in your shopping cart you can choose our Cash on Delivery option upon check out.

CAN I RETURN / EXCHANGE MY PRODUCTS?
Yes, of course you can exchange / return all products that you are not 100% satisfied with. If you want to return / exchange a product, it is important, that you send it back to us in the original package in an unworn and perfect condition within 10 days. (Please also see our Terms & Conditions for more details). Excluded from exchange / return are all customised items, underwear and swimwear.
WHERE IS THE BRIDE SIDE OF LIFE LOCATED?
The Bride Side of Life is an online shop, we currently do not have a retail shop that is open to the public.
CAN I SEE SAMPLES?
Should you wish to see sample of favour boxes, bags, ribbon colours etc. we can arrange to send to you. For all personalised items, a physical sample will not be sent out to you, a proof will be mailed to you for confirmation via e mail. Delivery charges will apply. WHAT ARE YOUR WORK TIMINGS?
Our customer service team is working daily from 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM. Please feel free to send us an email to info@TheBrideSideofLife.com in case of any questions.
HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?
We aim to deliver all of your products as fast as possible. However, depending on the items, the delivery can take up to 21 working days. Delivery times are indicated in the individual product listing on the website. Please allow additional time for customised items.
DO THE ITEMS NEED TO BE ASSEMBLED?
Majority of the favour boxes are flat packed with some assembly required. If you do not wish to ‘DIY’, we are happy to do this for you; please highlight in the checkout section or send us an e mail email@example.com and we will be able to advise on the additional charges. This also applied to filling of the boxes / bags with sweet treats, adding tags / ribbons; we are more than happy to help.

If you have a special request for an item that is not currently listed on the site, please send the image or description of the item over to us and we will be happy to source for you or suggest the closest alternative for you.
